Missy Carlson

Chapter President

As Chapter President, I set an example for members and officers, serve as the primary representative of and spokesperson for the chapter, preside over chapter business, oversee sound miscellaneous chapter operations, and oversee the operations of the officers’ training committee. I am a resource for all sisters and selflessly carry out the values of Delta Delta Delta.

Emma Phelps

Vice President of Administration

I'm responsible for overseeing all administrative tasks of Gamma Eta! I work closely with Missy, our CCP to plan the yearly calendar and organize our bimonthly Officers' Chapter. This year I have focused most of my time educating our chapter on Tri Delta's new national officer structure and conducting an internal review process of our practices and ethics with other chapter leaders.

Isabelle Drayer

Vice President of Chapter Development

As the VPCD for Gamma Eta, I have the honor of overseeing the chapter development team, running the chapter’s weekly Standards meetings, ensuring the integrity of all chapter ritual, managing and enforcing chapter bylaws, and coordinating programming that works to ensure the growth and excellence of all members of our chapter. My favorite part about my role as VPCD is getting to meet and know all of the members of our chapter through weekly pulse checks and learning more about why they love Tri Delta and what they think we as a chapter can do to better ourselves every day.

Katelyn Inkman

Vice President of Finance

I oversee and manage all operations of chapter finances, create and maintain the chapter budget, and educate the chapter about financial status and procedures.

Alex Smith

Vice President of Membership // Academic Development Chair

As VP of Membership, I plan and execute all recruitment efforts and oversee the first-year experience at Tri Delta. As Academic Development Chair, I am knowledgable of the academic requirements and initiatives of Tri Delta and ensure that academics are a priority for both individual members and the chapter.

Josephine Bass

Vice President of Public Relations

As the Vice President of Public Relations, I oversee the implementation of all public relations efforts and elevate the Tri Delta brand and values in all chapter operations. I constantly stay up to date on Fraternity and campus news and initiatives and I am further responsible for maintaining our website and social media outlets.

Reilly McElroy

BodyImage3D Coordinator

As Body Image Coordinator, I promote positive body image and mental health. I help to educate the chapter on these topics through events such as BodyImage3D and mental health initiatives. I strive to cultivate a culture of awareness, positivity, and support not only amongst our chapter but also in the Richmond community!

Julia Loten

DEI Chair

As Gamma Eta’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Chair, I aid in distributing resources and information to our members and in serving as an unbiased consultant on social, cultural, and political issues.The DEI Committee encourages Gamma Eta’s members to continue to educate themselves on issues of social justice and have helped to further this learning process. DEI Chair facilitates discussions of prevalent racial and social issues with integration of relevant films, books, and articles in order to address important, albeit uncomfortable, topics. Connecting with other Panhellenic DEI Chairs allows us to hold each other accountable for involving our respective chapters in similar conversations. We’re committed to starting and encouraging participation in these conversations, as well as continuing to educate ourselves and the rest of our chapter.

Continuing Education Chair

Every week I host Officers Training Committee with different chapter officers to help determine how to best support them and our chapter development. Additionally, I help coordinate community service opportunities for our chapter.

Sarah Page Steffens

Member Development Chair

As the member development chair I work to organize Delta’s Only events and sisterhood events to create bonding opportunities and increase sisterhood between our members. Additionally, I organize our SOE events as well as speakers for open chapters that work to educate our chapters members on many topics including things like mental health, sustainability and diversity.

Annie Waters

Music Chair

As Music Chair, I preserve the integrity of the musical traditions of Tri Delta and prepare chapter members to include songs in appropriate chapter rituals, events, and performances.

Molly Barry

New Member Educator

As New Member Educator, I ensure that new members are informed about their expectations of members and financial obligations, appropriately integrated into the chapter, and prepared for Initiation and lifetime membership in Tri Delta. I have the opportunity to get to know each new member closely and welcome them into our chapter!

Reference Chair

As Reference Chair, it is my responsibility to contribute to a culture of year-round recruitment by collecting, processing, and organizing all references submitted to the chapter!

Sponsor Chair

As Sponsor Chair I assign big little pairings and plan events to help new members meet other women in the chapter!

Associate VPM

As the aVPM, I’m responsible for helping the VPM organize recruitment in the spring. From recruitment videos to decorating our cottage, I want every aspect of recruitment to go smoothly and every PNM to have the best time!

Elle Harper

Alumnae Relations Chair // Chapter Correspondent // Activities Chair

As Alumnae Relations Chair, I update our Gamma Eta alumnae to the current status of our chapter and ensure strong relationships between local alums and current members of our chapter. As Chapter Correspondent, I assure a strong relationship between our chapter and other organizations on campus such as other chapters and clubs. As Activities Chair, I encourage sisters to become involved in activities on and off campus including service, lectures, and other chapter philanthropy events!

Lexi DeMarinis

Panhellenic Delegate

As Panhellenic Delegate, I represent Tri Delta to the rest of the Panhellenic chapters at the University of Richmond. I attend meetings with Panhellenic delegates from each chapter and vote on Panhellenic matters on the behalf of Tri Delta. Additionally, I report back to the Tri Delta chapter any relevant information from my meetings. I make known any important Tri Delta events at my Panhellenic meetings, and encourage the attendance of members from other chapters.

Elisabeth Sciolla

Philanthropy Chair

As philanthropy chair, I am responsible for all of our chapter's philanthropic endeavors. Nationally, Tri Delta partners with St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee. Each year, we host a letter writing campaign, Sincerely Yours, and Delta House of Pancakes (DHOP) to raise money for the hospital! We are so proud to have raised over $50,000 for the hospital last year. Locally, we volunteer at the Reinhart Guest House, on-campus housing for families with loved one's being treated at Bon Secours Hospital. Twice a month, a group of Tri Delta's cook dinner for those staying at the Reinhart House, which have been some of my best memories of my time in Tri Delta!

Allie Rose

Licensing Chair/Treasurer // Risk Management/Social Events Chair

I am the treasurer, social and risk chair, and a member of the philanthropy committee. I assist the VP of Finance, plan and organize socials, and work in a committee to make our philanthropy even stronger.

My job is to organize our intramural sporting events and encourage Tri Delta team spirit!

It is my responsibility to assist in managing the chapter's administration by keeping all necessary meeting documentation, managing the administration of attendance at chapter events, and maintaining chapter records.
